By way of explanation for those of you that scrolled down this far on the page.  In order to get any type of placement in a Google search, the page must contain the same elements as the meta data.  As people occasionally misspell my first or last name I need to type them on this page to put them in my meta data.  My first name is Gwyn, not Gwen.  My last name is Besner, not Bessner or Besmer. As I also included the word "school" in my meta data, I have written it on the page.  If you have a webpage go to http://validator.w3.org/ and get an education.
